Digital products (STL files)

After successful payment you'll receive a download link for the purchased files at the email address you placed the order with. The files are also available in the "My orders" section of your profile.

Delivery of digital content is instant and free — no need to wait for a courier.

Physical products (printed and painted)

We ship finished printed products with the courier companies Econt and Speedy — your choice of delivery to a courier office or to an address.

Timing

• Order preparation: 1–5 business days depending on the complexity and size of the item.
• Courier delivery within Bulgaria: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery to other EU countries: on request — please contact us before ordering to confirm details.

Pricing

Shipping cost is calculated according to the official tariff of the selected courier and depends on the weight and volume of the parcel. The exact amount is shown at the final checkout step, before confirmation and payment.

Receiving and inspecting your order

Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier when receiving it. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or its contents, note them on the waybill and let us know by email within 24 hours so we can respond promptly.

Wrong address or unclaimed parcels

In case of an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel that is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping is borne by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming the order.
